After looking at the above grid, I feel that I need to improve and work the most on working with a range of professionals from different backgrounds. I feel that I lack the skills and confidence at the moment to do this and hope that my future studies and experiences will help to improve this score. In my current role I have not had many opportunities to work alongside other professionals but I feel that it would benefit my practice if I had the chance to sit in on professional meetings and sessions. I will be encouraging the manager and SENCO to include me in their meetings especially when involving my key children. I will use the skills that I gain from this course to improve my knowledge...
