Tools Used in the Development Process
The proponent used the following tools to easily analyze and develop the proposed system: Visual Basic 6.0.
      Visual Basic 6.0 was the final edition of the software. This version improved the productivity and ability for web applications, which led to the development of Visual Basic .NET. Visual Basic 6.0 cannot be developed on Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008. Microsoft ceased mainstream support in 2005, and all support in 2008.

Methods Used in the Development of the System

Systems Analysis and Design is an important factor to make the system more feasible for implementation, and at the same time to reduce the number of errors that may be committed. The Rapid Application Development (RAD)

Methods Used in Validating the System
To determine the operational acceptability of the system, the following scale will be used by the users in rating the system.
Scale:
4.50 – 5.00 – Excellent
3.50 – 4.49 – Very Satisfactory
2.50 – 3.49 – Good
1.50 – 2.49- Fair
0       – 1.49– Poor

Research Instruments Used
      The collection of data is needed to check the assumptions of the proponent. For this reason, the proponent employed different techniques in collecting data.
Observation. This method aided the proponent to formulate solution that will eventually reflect in the design of the proposed system. It gave information to the proponent on what possible technique, operations, and arrangements to be implemented.
Internet. The proponent used the Internet to gather relevant information about the proposed study.
