Social inequality is a position of people in regard to access to diversity of social ‘goods’ such as labour market and other source of income, education and healthcare system, form of political representation and participation, i.e., social inequality is unequal ability of people to satisfy their demands and achieve their objectives.
Diverse push factors culminate social inequality. The most noticeable is economic stratification, especially wealth and income inequality.
The space between de facto poor and de facto rich is wider every year. The executive, the legislative and the judicial branches are heavily biased towards de facto rich. Oligarchs acquire everything on a silver platter due to their relations, tangible wealth and corruption.
People facing the burden of poverty have to adapt to these intolerable conditions and eke out their existence earning miserable salaries and survive despite formidable obstacles countering the poverty. This widening space between haves and have-nots culminates migration, crime and other diverse calamitous consequences.
To reduce social inequality and prevail over this formidable obstacle the Government and people must be cohesive to adopt a far-sighted policy.
The first step of this cohesion is to do several amendments to Constitution preventing violation of human rights, freedom of speech and economic freedom.
The second step is to apply the paradigm of economic growth of developed countries, though it may not be adapted due to third world and back water countries geographical location and parochial mentality of population.
I implicitly agree that it is a time-, money-consuming and labour-intensive process, but it is of paramount importance to fortify economic stability, let alone the prosperity of our posterity.
