Ego. Keep It Away

We often hear people say that he/ she is an egoistic person.
What exactly is ego?
It basically deals with ones personalities and it arises from different fundamental drives.
It is basically a nature that we cultivate on ourselves, that eventually leads to our self destruction. As long as we keep an ego with ourselves, we are limited and bound and confused about our true identity. Ego arises in one when he starts thinking that only they are the ultimate and when they turn to be extreme selfish, which is in total disregard for the consequence of personal actions on others.
Ego is not transferable like other good characters, which people try to adopt from other people. Getting rid of the egoistic character in one is the toughest challenge, as it is actually letting go oneself from the internal feelings of possessing everything and the being the supreme. Basically one has to understand that, by being an egoistic; one does not attain anything, other than bad remarks and negative feedbacks.
A person with strong will power only could overcome the ego within them. It takes lot of analyzing and understanding and a total make over and accepting God is the basic key of letting go one’s ego. We need to think positively and understand that it is not that “I” feeling but that “We” feeling works the best.
On a study, it is understood that men are more egoistic than women and it sticks out more evidently than women. This is one reason why conversing with a woman is more preferred for most of the women and plenty of men, rather than conversing with a man.
Since the ego formations is more in depth in a man than in a woman. Hence managing ego in men’s more complicated than managing with woman. This mainly reflects at workplaces and sometimes at public places, which gets embarrassing.
